Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment booked at 11, I arrived to be told that they can’t fit me in due to lack of staff! So I asked for a solution now, no possibility they said. Unprofessional service! It would have been my first visit. I will Not return!

We are sorry you left disappointed, but we feel it’s important to clarify the situation, as saying it was due to “lack of staff” is misleading. One of our barbers had a sudden health emergency and, after attending his first client, had to leave urgently to seek medical attention. Health matters are beyond anyone’s control, and we always prioritize the well-being of both our team and our clients.
We tried to contact you before your arrival to inform you and offer alternatives, but we couldn’t reach you. Once at the shop, our receptionist explained the situation and proposed the next available time at 5 PM, as the rest of our barbers were fully booked. Unfortunately, you insisted on being attended immediately and responded to our team quite rudely, stating it was “our problem” and dismissing the fact the barber had left due to a health emergency.
We respect your frustration and hope this clarifies the context for anyone reading. Despite the circumstances, we would still love the opportunity to welcome you in the future and offer you the service experience we are known for.

I especially want to shout out Jilson – his attention to detail and the effort he puts into every trim is on another level. I’ve been to many barbers over the years, but no one comes close to the precision he brings to the job. On top of that, you really feel like a valued customer here. The staff is friendly, appointments start on time, and they even remember your name – small things that make a big difference.

Firstly the haircuts, no matter which one of their incredibly talented barbers you choose for your chop, you can be assured that your hair will be on point with an attention to detail you just don’t get from other establishments. I have been stopped on the street several times and asked where I got my fade. The barbers itself is has a super chill vibe always and the decor is unique and tasteful. Every time you enter you are treated as a valued customer with all the staff being extremely warm and pleasant. Also, if you are someone who values an appointment starting and finishing on time this is your place, you could time your watch by them. If you need a haircut in the area, I 100% recommend Groomers & Ballers they’re awesome.

Experiencia negativa: Pongo 2 estrellas por el precio. No puedes cobrar 2 o 3 veces (incluso 4 veces) lo que cobra tu competencia. El servicio, la atención y el local es bueno pero 60€ por un corte+barba es claramente excesivo. A parte que mucha gente como yo va a la Peluqueria esperando un buen servicio y a la vez cierta ligereza. Nunca me habían tardado 1h para cortar el pelo. Creo que en parte es la justificación para el precio que te cobran después. Lo dicho , buen sitio, buen servicio, buen local. Pero excesivamente caro.

Este tiempo se ha diseñado para ser el óptimo, teniendo en cuenta el lavado del cabello antes y después del corte, así como la dedicación y atención al detalle que ofrecemos en cada paso. Nuestros clientes valoran esta atención meticulosa.
Si bien comprendemos que algunos clientes pueden preferir un servicio más rápido, esa simplemente no es la experiencia que ofrecemos. Piense en nosotros como en un restaurante que se toma su tiempo para preparar y presentar un plato de calidad, en contraste con un establecimiento de comida rápida. Ambos tienen su lugar y su propósito, pero ofrecen experiencias muy diferentes.
Entendemos que nuestras tarifas pueden parecer elevadas en comparación con barbershops tradicionales, pero somos un negocio nicho y reconocemos que nuestra experiencia premium puede no ser para todos. Agradecemos a todos nuestros clientes por elegirnos y valorar la experiencia única que ofrecemos.

Experiencia fantástica: Came from Paris and booked directly, for the second time. This place is one of the best barber shop I've ever visited, hands down. Clean, great vibe, reasonable prices, really perfect. Shout out to the lady doing the facial massage, you are amazing. The hairdresser is awesome as well. Found my new spot when I am in Marbella.
