Experiencia fantástica: Mister Lee’s Barbershop ist ohne Zweifel der beste Friseur auf Mallorca! Als gelernter Friseur bin ich besonders anspruchsvoll, wenn es um Haarschnitte geht – und leider habe ich hier auf der Insel schon viele schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Umso glücklicher bin ich, endlich Mister Lee gefunden zu haben! Der Haarschnitt war absolut präzise, stilvoll und professionell – einer der besten, die ich je hatte. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist entspannt und freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Für diesen Service fahre ich auch gerne einmal quer über die Insel – es lohnt sich jedes Mal aufs Neue. Absolute Empfehlung!

We usually attend to 99% of our appointments on time. We must be doing something right as we find ourselves particularly busy for the time of year which affected our timekeeping. Thanks for posting the photos of the dogs, we hope they made the wait more tolerable. We promise to attend to you on time for your next visit.

Experiencia negativa: Unhygienisch! Zwei Junge Engländer die ihren Handwerk nicht verstehen. Kam so rüber als das Session Arbeiter wären die eine schnelle Ausbildung an der Maschine bekommen haben. Dafür 20 Euro unverschämt empfehle ich nicht weiter. Kam auch nur auf den Salon wegen den teilweisen guten Google Bewertungen die ich aber im Nachhinein nicht verstehe! Wer hin geht ist selbst schuld !!!
You have reviewed the wrong barbershop. We do not have two Englishman who work here. We have the highest standard of hygiene in our barbershop . There are many reports of ringworm in barbershops across European in recent months therefore we take cleanliness very seriously to ensure it never occurs in our business.
I think it’s your own fault for not knowing how to read a map. You didn’t come to our barbershop. Our good ratings are well deserved.

Lee fixed me up and made me looked chic and sharp. The barbershop is in the good location too. After the haircut and beard trim, I can walk along the beach, enjoy the Sun and the breeze and have a drink.

Rispondo qui al commento del titolare: Ho espresso il malcontento sulla barba e infatti mr.lee ha sostituito il suo assistente per sistemare barba e baffi x quanto è possibile, un baffo era già più corto e infatti se n è accorto. Per i capelli avevo chiesto di accorciare sotto e lasciare lungo sopra: avevo i capelli lunghissimi , dietro sono stati tosato come una pecora e davanti accorciati molto ... Che cosa avrei dovuto dire . Ho chiesto se facevate sconto residente Magaluf/Palmanova perché i primi anni lo facevate e mi avete detto che non è mai stato così. Mah ! Non cercavo lo sconto e infatti conto 26€ ho lasciato 30 con tips

C'est très décevant. N'aimez jamais laisser les clients laisser les barbiers mécontents. Nous éprouvons des difficultés à trouver une trace de votre rendez-vous.
