Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment for today (yesterday I came here) and the barber isn't here. Asked him twice yesterday if he is going to be at work because it's a holiday today (1st of may) and he told me yes. Came specially for that now, the place is open and there is another guy there that said he isn't working today, couple of minutes later he clised the place and left. Waste of time and disrespecting client's time.

Experiencia negativa: Aweful experience. Do not go. Public Health Risk. I was cut many times around the neck and behind my ears. I was in shock at what just happened. Two people back at the hostel told me I was bleeding and I had to disinfect it which meant I was late for dinner. I went back to complain a couple days later and 1. he didn't believe me even though I had photos and showed i was upset, 2. wouldn't give me a refund and 3. said he would call his manager to sort it out but never replied to me I just hope I haven't caught something because with attitude like that and how many cuts the hairdresser gave me and if that is his normal, I worry if the blades are kept clean. Horrible start to my weekend in Barcelona.

Experiencia negativa: Desagradable experiència. Primera i última vegada que faig servir els seus serveis. Havia concertat hora a través de Booksy, un tall només màquina per 15€. A l'arribar, demano el tall que vull i me'l comença a fer a tisora. He pensat que veia més factible fer-lo així que amb màquina i no li he donat cap més importància. Ha fet el tall amb presses perquè tenia un client esperant-lo, i m'ha cobrat 24€. Quan li he dit que era el de 15€ m'ha dit que com l'havia fet a tisora aquest tall costava 24€. Que amb aquest preu hi inclou rentar el cabell no ho ha dit pas, pel que m'ha cobrat excessivament i considero que m'hauria hagut d'avisar abans de fer el tall del canvi de preu i no posar-se a la defensiva quan li he reclamat el preu. Ha actuat de mala fe per cobrar més i la seva actitud cap a mi ha estat irrespectuosa i deshonesta. Com he dit només començar, no m'hi tornaré a acostar.

The requests I made for my haircut where difficult but Fredrico managed to do it perfectly. I would recommend this barbershop and definitely Fredrico as your barber!

Buzzed my head, trimmed my beard, and shaved my neck. It was quick, but never felt rushed. Only 30€ total. The vibe was chill and laid back. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Barcelona.

Experiencia negativa: Appointment was late 25 mins. After explaining numerous times and showing images of “bowl like” haircut , barber did bad. At the end he said its really difficult and will be better next time. Please save peoples hair and don’t do it if thats difficult. Upon coming home noticed he has cut of piece of hair at front, which you cannot do anything about now. Hair is completely ruined. Definitely not worth 22 Eur.

Experiencia positiva: Fui a hacerme un corte de pelo con cita previa, no fueron puntuales, tuve que esperar media hora. Me atendió un señor que por el acento deduzco que era Sudamericano, fué muy amable en todo momento, pero hablaba demasiado para mi gusto. El corte no fue realmente apurado, los laterales me quedaron asimétricos. Para salir del paso está bien, pero si quieres un corte de professional, no lo recomiendo. El precio correcto, 22€.
